The Nicaragua Maragogype Finca Bethania is an extraordinary Specialty Coffee, made from a rare Arabica variety known as “Elephant”, famous for its exceptionally large and aromatic beans. Coming from a small 27-hectare plantation managed by the Albir family, it grows in the highlands of the Dipilto region, in a tropical microclimate ideal for developing complex taste profiles.

In the cup, it delivers a medium body and pleasantly balanced acidity, with an enveloping aroma of hazelnut, chocolate, and spices. The taste is sweet, with a lingering aftertaste reminiscent of chocolate, fresh herbs, and red fruits. Grown at over 1,400 meters and processed with artisanal care, it’s the ideal coffee for those seeking intensity and finesse without excessive acidity. Perfect for espresso, moka pot, and French press, it’s also a symbol of environmentally conscious and territory-mindful agriculture.
